A teenager from Arkona passed away after being discovered unconscious on a farm in North Middlesex, located in southwestern Ontario. The incident occurred on Parkhill Drive around 4 p.m. ET on September 20, prompting a response from police and paramedics.
Upon arrival, emergency responders found the 15-year-old in an unconscious state inside a well on the property. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the teenager was pronounced dead. The Ontario Provincial Police are collaborating with the Coroner’s Office and the Ministry of Labour to conduct a thorough investigation into the tragic event.
