Khloe Kardashian has revealed she had to hide her injury after going “ballistic” at Lamar Odom when she caught him cheating on her. The reality TV star, 40, discovered her husband’s alleged infidelity while at a motel.
They had tied the knot just one month after meeting at an NBA party back in 2009. However, things came crashing down for the couple when Khloe discovered Lamar, 45, had been unfaithful.
Khloe revealed she was around 26 at the time and admitted to “going ballistic” at the basketballer. Recalling the moment she discovered Lamar with another woman, Khloe said: “We were married.
“He was doing his thing, and he went down to some motel in Downtown L.A. and was with a girl.” She managed to track down the room Lamar was in and saw him with a woman through a window.
“I knocked on the door. They answered it for some reason, and I just started going ballistic,” she said on the Call Her Daddy podcast. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star admitted her “knuckles were all bloody and gross” the next day.
Khloe didn’t want to reveal what had happened, and so she tried to hide her wounds. She attended her niece Penelope Disick’s cowboy-themed birthday party and wrapped her hands up in bandages, admitting it was “on theme” for the bash.
The influencer “acted as if nothing ever happened” and didn’t mention anything to her famous family. Lamar, meanwhile, couldn’t understand how Khloe had found him.
He probed Khloe to find out, yet she hit back: “I don’t give a s**t. I’m not telling anybody anything. And why are you in a motel in Downtown L.A. at 3 in the morning?”
Khloe isn’t the only one in her family to make it clear where her boundaries are. She admitted her and her sisters have even put “trackers on people’s cars before to get intel on a guy.”
However, Khloe said she finds it upsetting when women are labelled “crazy” when responding to men’s bad behaviour. She said: “Do not act like you did not put me in this position and you did not make me be this psychopath.
“The best thing is when you’re free of that. I pray I never am back there again.” Sister Kim and mum Kris Jenner have been the first to know about Khloe’s partners cheating on her.
She revealed: “Kim found out first. I think both — which is crazy — before I knew,” seemingly referring to Lamar and her ex-fiancé Tristan Thompson.
In an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians from 2014, Khloe admitted to sister Kourtney that she knew Lamar had cheated, saying: “Let me tell you something!
“Last year on my birthday, I lied to everyone, because I had to lie and say I was with my husband, when in fact, my husband was missing with another girl! Okay?!”
Lamar later revealed that he had “full-blown relationships” with other women during his marriage. Despite being married to Khloe for six years, he reportedly had a year-long affair with an exotic dancer. Speaking about his marriage, he admitted: “I didn’t treat that good woman right.”
