Seeded at the top, Swiatek, who recently clinched the Korea Open title in Seoul, boasts an impressive record of six Grand Slam singles titles, including four French Open victories and one U.S. Open triumph.

Notably, the China Open is running alongside an ATP 500 men’s tournament, where Jannik Sinner defeated Terence Atmane 6-4, 5-7, 6-0 to secure a spot in the quarterfinals. Sinner had a dominant performance in his first-round match against Marin Cilic, only dropping four games.
