“No Doubt to Headline Historic Vegas Residency”

Published:

No Doubt is set to reunite for a series of shows at the Las Vegas Sphere in May 2026, marking the ska-punk band’s first residency in more than ten years. The upcoming performances will also make history as the first woman-fronted shows at the venue since it opened in 2023.

“The opportunity to create a show at Sphere excites me in a new way. The venue is unique and modern, offering a fresh visual palette for us to explore creatively,” mentioned frontwoman Gwen Stefani in a statement. She expressed excitement about revisiting the band’s past while also venturing into new creative territory.

The announcement was teased on the Sphere’s Instagram account, showcasing the venue illuminated to resemble an orange, a nod to the band’s “Tragic Kingdom” album artwork and Stefani’s ties to Orange County, California. No Doubt later confirmed the news with their own post, unveiling the band members as the orange peeled away.

The band is scheduled to perform six nights at Sphere on May 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, and 16. Presale tickets will be available starting Wednesday at 10 a.m. PT, with fans required to sign up on the group’s official website. Additional tickets will go on sale on October 17 at 10 a.m. PT.

Fans have long anticipated a reunion tour following No Doubt’s electrifying performance at Coachella last year, their first show together since 2015. Despite Stefani’s previous doubts about a reunion, the band also took the stage in January this year for the FireAid fundraiser.

In a 2024 interview with NME, Stefani expressed optimism about reuniting with bandmates Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont, and Adrian Young, emphasizing the challenges of coordinating schedules and family commitments. No Doubt’s last residency, “Seven Night Stand,” occurred in Los Angeles in 2012.

While the Las Vegas Sphere has hosted various renowned artists and shows, it is yet to feature a woman-fronted musical act. Speculations circulated about potential performances by Beyoncé or Taylor Swift, but Sphere Entertainment CEO James Dolan clarified that such plans were not in place. In a light-hearted response to the idea, Dolan joked about constructing another Sphere for the artists if needed.
