“Cardi B Urges Hamilton Fans to Step Up Ticket Game”

Published:

Cardi B is urging her Canadian fans, particularly those in Hamilton, to step up their ticket game. The Grammy Award-winning rapper, currently on her Little Miss Drama Tour across North America, pointed out that while most tour dates are selling out, the Hamilton show on March 31 isn’t hitting the mark.

In a now-deleted Instagram story post circulating on social media, Cardi B playfully warned Hamilton fans not to disrupt her streak of sold-out shows. She emphasized that the majority of tour dates are nearly sold out, with the Hamilton show at TD Coliseum lagging behind at around 80% ticket sales.

Although the exact figures are unclear, Ticketmaster seat maps reveal a significant number of available tickets for the Hamilton date compared to limited availability for a Toronto show on March 30. Similarly, shows in Kansas City, Chicago, and Newark still have some seats up for grabs.

Ticket prices for the Hamilton show start at around $118 via Ticketmaster, while Toronto tickets are priced higher, starting at $314. Despite Cardi B’s warning, Hamilton Mayor Andrea Horwath reassured that the city has a strong music culture, drawing large crowds to events at TD Coliseum.

Local artist and organizer Leon (Eklipz) Robinson attributes the slower ticket sales to rising living costs, suggesting that fans may be more cautious with their spending. He believes that Cardi B’s playful callout could actually boost ticket sales and lead to a sold-out show.

Cardi B’s tour has been a success, with sold-out performances in various cities across the U.S. and Canada. As she continues her tour with upcoming stops in Chicago and New York City, fans are eagerly anticipating her Toronto and Hamilton shows later this month.
