The company stated that the incident, currently under investigation, only exposed basic contact information without involving any financial details or sensitive personal data. Stellantis did not disclose the number of customers affected.
Upon identifying the breach, the Chrysler parent company promptly initiated its incident response procedures and is directly contacting impacted customers. Authorities have been notified, and customers are advised to remain vigilant against potential phishing scams.
